While walking along Ronquillo in Quiapo I spotted a commotion. I immediately checked out what the fuzz was all about. To my surprice, It was a group of people wearing "anti-littering" shirts. Apparently, these guys are not your common street sweepers. They are of different breed. They easily confiscated the videoke machines and large speakers which "litters" the streets of Ronquillo and Gomez. I just wonder what will happen to these stuffs afterwards. Oh, and by the way, I learned that the "DPS" on their shirt stands for Department of Public Service. |
